Cancellation Policy

D Evans Consulting Group Refund Cancellation Policy At D Evans Consulting Group, we understand that unexpected changes can happen, and we aim to provide our clients with a seamless experience while respecting their time and investment. To achieve this, we have established a refund cancellation policy that is transparent and fair to our clients. To ensure efficient management of our resources, we kindly request that clients notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling needs at least 24 hours before their scheduled session. Clients who adhere to the 24-hour notice period will be eligible for a full refund for their initial session(first session). However, after the first session has been completed, no refunds will be provided, but we do offer flexibility in rescheduling sessions within 14 days from the canceled session. It's important to note that cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund but may request to reschedule at the discretion of D Evans Consulting Group by emailing us at appointments@decgroups.com. We believe that establishing a clear refund cancellation policy benefits both our clients and our team. It promotes accountability, understanding, and enables us to provide the best service possible.
